Minutes are billed weekly and are additional to your monthly subscription cost. You are only charged for active minutes used by your Leni agents to handle calls and conversations—minutes are not charged during the activation process. Minute rates vary depending on your subscription tier:

• Leni: $0.19 per active minute

• Leni+: $0.17 per active minute

• Leni+ Custom: $0.16 per active minute

  All minute charges are processed automatically through autopay to ensure uninterrupted service. Please note that these charges apply to Leni agent usage only and do not include Twilio usage, which is detailed in the Twilio section below.

Transfer functionality allows Leni agents to seamlessly connect calls to your team or other destinations. There are no per-minute charges for transfers—just a $10 monthly fee per transfer agent. This covers the technology and infrastructure required to maintain the transfer functionality. The transfer fee is billed monthly with your subscription and processed automatically through autopayment.

Twilio usage charges apply separately from your Leni subscription and cover the cost of phone calls and text messaging. These charges are processed directly through your individual Twilio account—Leni does not collect or process payments for Twilio. It’s essential to maintain a positive balance in your Twilio account to ensure uninterrupted service. Twilio rates (subject to Twilio’s pricing) are generally as follows:

• Incoming Calls: $0.01 per minute

• Outgoing Calls: $0.02 per minute

• SMS Text Messages: $0.01 per message (sent or received)

  During onboarding, you’ll be guided through setting up your Twilio account and giving our team access in order to complete your A2P 10DLC and connect your Twilio account to Leni. For the most current rates, please refer to Twilio’s official pricing documentation.

Each user account costs $30 per user during the initial activation phase. After activation, a recurring fee of $10 per user per month is charged. Each subscription also includes an admin account at no additional cost. The admin account has full visibility into all activity within the system, and can control the level of access granted to individual user accounts as needed.

A website is required for A2P 10DLC certification, which is necessary to send text messages through the Leni system or using a Twilio number. We guarantee your 10DLC certification; however, a compliant website is needed as part of the process. If you don’t already have a website, we can build one for you that meets all certification guidelines. You’ll need to provide a domain for the website. We charge $200 for a templated website that includes all the required certification information.

If you require website services as part of your setup, you will need to purchase a domain through a provider such as GoDaddy, HostGator, or a similar domain hosting service. Once your domain is purchased, you’ll need to either provide login credentials or add our team as a user to your hosting account so we can configure and manage the site. This allows us to host your website and ensure all traffic is properly forwarded to your custom URL. Please note that domain costs are not included in your subscription and must be paid directly to your chosen hosting provider.

If you prefer to continue using your current phone number, we offer an integration service to connect your existing system with Leni’s agents. During activation, we’ll integrate your current phone system for a $250 fee, provided we can access it and it has the necessary features to forward calls to a telephony system (Twilio). Twilio is still required for Leni’s telephony services, even when using your own number, ensuring seamless connectivity between your agents and your business phone line. There is no monthly cost to maintain this integration after activation.

If you prefer to connect Leni agents with your existing CRM system, we offer a one-time integration service during activation for a $250 fee. To complete the integration, your system needs to provide API access and documentation for the software (we can help determine if this is available). This ensures a smooth connection between Leni and your existing workflows. There is no monthly cost to maintain this integration after activation.

We do not provide data scrubbing services. It is your responsibility to ensure that all data uploaded into the Leni system has been scrubbed against do-not-call and do-not-communicate lists prior to upload. Additionally, you must ensure that you have opt-in consent from every person you intend to communicate with through the Leni system. We do not assume any liability for data that has not been properly scrubbed or that lacks appropriate opt-ins. Text agents are coming soon! These agents will provide conversational AI with both voice and text capabilities, enhancing your Leni experience. There will be a small additional charge if you choose to enable text functionality alongside your voice agents. Individual texting agents will NOT have an additional charge - only if a single agent has both voice and texting capabilities. More details will be available when text agents launch.
