What is Leni AI's refund policy?
All payments made to Leni.ai, including but not limited to the one-time onboarding fee and monthly subscription payments, are non-refundable. By subscribing to Leni.ai services, the Client acknowledges and agrees that:
The onboarding fee covers time, resources, and platform configuration work that begins immediately upon submission of required onboarding materials.
Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance and are not subject to partial or full refunds, regardless of usage or early cancellation.
No credits or refunds will be issued for unused services, delayed onboarding due to incomplete client submissions, or partial periods of service. This policy is in place to protect the resources and time allocated to your setup and ongoing platform access.
