Welcome to Leni.ai! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) and this Privacy Policy (“Policy”) govern your access to and use of our website at
https://lenicalls.ai (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and this Policy.
If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.
Services Provided
Leni.ai provides AI-powered conversational agents, call automation, and integrations through a monthly subscription model.
Fees & Payment Terms
Clients agree to pay a one-time onboarding (activation) fee upon sign-up before any onboarding services begin. This fee covers account setup, configuration, and support. Onboarding will begin only after all required information and access credentials are submitted by the Client, including but not limited to Twilio account access, domain credentials, calendar integrations, and platform logins. Onboarding is estimated to be completed within seven (14) business days from the time all required information is received. Upon completion of onboarding, the Client will receive a notice and a link to submit their first monthly subscription payment. The Client’s account will not be activated until the first subscription payment is received. Monthly subscription payments will be billed automatically via the payment method on file. Clients agree to maintain a valid credit card on file for the duration of the subscription and consent to automatic monthly billing.
Refund Policy
All payments made to Leni.ai, including but not limited to the one-time onboarding fee and monthly subscription payments, are non-refundable. By subscribing to Leni.ai services, the Client acknowledges and agrees that:
The onboarding fee covers time, resources, and platform configuration work that begins immediately upon submission of required onboarding materials.
Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance and are not subject to partial or full refunds, regardless of usage or early cancellation.
No credits or refunds will be issued for unused services, delayed onboarding due to incomplete client submissions, or partial periods of service.
This policy is in place to protect the resources and time allocated to your setup and ongoing platform access.
Term & Termination
This Agreement is month-to-month and continues until cancelled. Clients must submit complete cancellation at least fourteen (14) days before the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate service for non-payment, breach of this Agreement, or misuse of the platform.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to submit all required onboarding information within three (3) business days of signing. Clients are responsible for maintaining accurate login credentials and integrations (e.g., Twilio, domain access, calendar links).
Acceptable Use
Clients agree not to:
Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
Interfere with or disrupt the Service.
Provide false or misleading information.
Attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or misuse the platform in any unauthorized way.
No Guarantees/Disclaimer
The Company makes no guarantees of performance, income, lead quality, or business results. Clients acknowledge that success is dependent on their implementation, market conditions, and effort. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profit or revenue, arising from use or inability to use the Service.
Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Leni.ai, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from their use of the Service or violation of this Agreement.
Intellectual Property
All software, branding, processes, features, and functionality on the Service remain the exclusive property of the Company and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or exploited without the Company’s express written consent.
Modifications to Terms
The Company reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the Company’s website. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings regarding the subject matter herein.
Privacy Policy
We collect the following types of information:
Personal Information: Name, email address, phone number, postal address, and any other identifiers you submit to us.
Usage Data: Device information (IP address, browser type, operating system), interactions with our Site (pages visited, links clicked), and general analytics for platform performance.
